All Coster's components are 100% tested throughout the production and
assembly process. When it comes to quality controls we are proud to have
earned something of a reputation - for being meticulous and obsessive.

Your product is only as reliable, durable and safe as the weakest link in its
production journey. Coster components and assembly processes will not
prove to be the weakest link in your product. Quality is absolutely guaranteed.

Inhuman levels of quality
We humans are good for some things; machines are good for others. You'll find we leave our people to do what they're best at: planning, design, creativity and customer service. For statistical controls and stringent quality checks we use computers and robots. As far as possible we rule out the margin for human error.

Quality survey
An ISO auditor reviews our quality standards and practices twice a year to ensure we are up to scratch. Without fail we achieve the highest grade.

Intelligence applied
Coster production premises are intelligently designed and built with safety and quality front of mind. For example our mouldings are always produced and assembled in the same facility to reduce the risk of cross-contamination to almost zero. Coster is a member of the British Aerosol Manufacturers' Association - the UK's safety standards setting body.
