Coster’s pulmonary product range includes pMDI valves, actuators and filling equipment. Coster is the only company providing integrated aerosol packaging solutions to the Pharma Industry. We have the perfect approach when it comes to dealing with large or small companies, providing for both generic and branded products.

Coster’s product portfolio includes 20 mm metering valves which are suitable for solutions and suspensions using HFA as a propellant, and are available in different dosages. ISO 8 Clean Room manufacturing for valves is available upon request.

You can request MDI actuators with different orifice diameters and they can be customised with different colours and your company logo.

Coster filling equipment can fit any nee, from semi-automatic machines for lab use (15-20 cans per minute) through fully-automatic lines for large-scale production runs (250 cans per minute). Importantly, they can be built for single or double stage filling

Since 2009, Coster was been certified to ISO 15378:2006, a brand new certification specific for primary packaging materials for medicinal products. This particular requirement for the application of ISO 9001:2000 has reference to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
